Just got back from an awesome weekend fighting robots! For this competition I got some help from PCBWay to build a complex saw / lifter mechanism that they CNC cut from aluminium. The rest was constructed with simple hand tools using scrap metal and plastics.
It worked pretty well but that didn't save it from being hurled into the arena wall but the competition's winner - a high pressure CO2 flipper!
Working on the full video now, can't wait to share the whole design and build process along with what worked well and what... didn't :)
