These settings work well for me, however every 3D Printer is different.
Layer Height: 0.15mm
Perimeters: 3
Infill: 15% Cubic
Top Solid Layers: 5
Bottom Solid Layers: 5
Support Material: No
Brim: No
Skirt: Yes (helps to prime the nozzle)
